This policy explains what information Quetering collects when you visit quetering.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this short and specific rather than long and vague.
When you submit a quote request, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, event date, guest count, event type, how you heard about us, and anything you write in the message field. We also record which page of the site you were on when you submitted the form.
We use this only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and plan your event. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside the people who need it to serve you.
We use a call-tracking service to understand which parts of our marketing bring in enquiries. The phone number shown on this site may differ between visitors; all of these numbers connect you to us normally. When you call, we may record the number you are calling from, the time and length of the call, and how you found us.
We do not record or transcribe calls.
Our call-tracking provider sets cookies and similar identifiers so that a phone call or form submission can be connected to the visit that produced it. This tells us things like which page you arrived on and whether you came from a search engine, a social post, or a direct link.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies in their settings. The site works normally if you do; we simply lose the ability to see where an enquiry came from.
We rely on a small number of service providers to run this website and handle enquiries — currently our website host, which stores form submissions and emails them to us, and our call-tracking provider. They process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
We keep enquiry records for as long as we may reasonably need them for our business relationship with you, and to comply with our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form or call us on the number shown on this site and we will take care of it.
This site is intended for adults arranging catering. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
